BlogTV Increases Page Load Speeds

BlogTV Increases Page Load Speeds

BlogTV has shown some modest increases in viewership and traffic. This has also lent itself to some frustrating page load times for members based on the number of ‘friends’ he or she has. A member with several hundred friends could wait 5-15 seconds (or more) for any video stream page to load and that doesn’t include the 15 second video ad placement if you don’t have a ‘Pro’ account.

Until now, users were stuck with low quality video and no audio features. This new feature will only work for one-to-one calls to other users with the same version. The older ability to broadcast your webcam to multiple users (no audio) has not been updated.

This will be a great opportunity for you to get your questions answered and hear what others are concerned about regarding the platform. Even more, I’m sure we will find out some new improvements and future enhancements to the service as well.
