Google has begun pushing out the latest version of their Android OS to Nexus One users over the air (OTA). There are multiple reports spreading around the message boards in the last 12 hours confirming the update.

If you want to do the update manually, we have made available the ZIP file for download and instructions below on how to do the upgrade. Please remember, this update only works for stock T-Mobile versions of the Nexus One. This means that if you have rooted and have an unlocked bootloader, do not attempt this update.
