Miley Cyrus snapped this picture of her mom Tish Cyrus yesterday (July 4th). The picture apparently taken in the morning before Tish makes up herself – or as the ladies say – put a face on? I love seeing photos of celebs in their natural state. As Miley posted ‘@mommytish is gonna kill me!’ Yeah, we agree.
