For legal reasons let me state up front that I did not witness this or have first hand knowledge. I’m only interpreting the photos and going by eyewitness accounts: HEATHER LOCKLEAR appears to have had a few too many, enjoys 4:20, or is just plain getting old and losing her mind. And this is coming from one of her lustful fans! Just look at all the pictures below from her out and about in Los Angeles yesterday (8/26). She’s almost flying with her arms, her eyes are half closed in every single picture, and she appears dazed out. This is a far cry from every other photo we have of her. Rewind back a week to when she was dancing around on the beach playing with the paparazzi? This girl is whacked out! Who wants to put some money on the table for a rehab bet?
