Earlier this week, Paula Abdul stated on a FOX affiliate news station that she broke her nose in an effort to avoid stepping on her Chihuahua named Tulip. Now we find out that she lied (as if we’re surprised). A source claims it was a cover-up for what really happened: “She had pitched a fit, threw something into a mirror or glass object, and a shard of glass struck her in the face, which explains why Paula’s nose didn’t seem swollen,” said a spy.
